Tieling Flotation Reagent Co., Ltd. (former Tieling Flotation Reagent Factory) is a centrally-administered enterprise controlled by China Nonferrous Metal Mining Group and with shares held by Mining and Metallurgy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy).

The company has been engaged in the research, development, and production of mineral processing reagents for a long time. It currently serves as the executive vice president and secretary-general unit of the Mineral Processing Reagents Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. As a major drafting unit, it participated in the formulation and revision of national standards for mineral processing reagents. Additionally, it has established provincial and municipal technology research and development centers.

The company is a mineral processing reagent manufacturer integrating production, research and development, and marketing. Its production bases are located in Tieling City, Liaoning Province, and the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. In 2013, the company took over Shenyang Youyan Mineral Chemical Co., Ltd., further expanding its product range. Currently, its main products cover the fields of third-generation ester-based mineral processing reagents and plastic heat stabilizers.
